John Deere
The Factory Kemper
Wilhelm Kemper founded the factory Kemper as an agricultural dealership and repair shop in 1908. The first industrial production of stable manure spreaders took place under the technical leadership of Engineer Heinz Kemper in 1950. The family-owned company gradually expanded its product range and grew into the medium-sized enterprise Maschinenfabrik KEMPER GmbH, the official name in 1975.
Since 1997, KEMPER is part of John Deere as a self-dependent factory.
